EASY WINCOLD

EASY WINCOLD fully automatically archives print spool files from any Windows applications optionally storing them on optical disks or in the electronic archive. It separates the documents, extracting index fields and full text at high speed with total accuracy.

The module appears as a separate archive printer under Windows, and can store TIFF or PDF documents in EASY ARCHIVE - or be linked directly to the EASY LOGISTICS CENTER from the corresponding applications, using its own printer driver. Searched content can then be conveniently retrieved in mere seconds via the archive client EASYiDOX.

EASY WINCOLD is a client/server application; only a printer driver is installed on the clients. The data from the print job is transferred to the WINCOLD Server, which provides the data for the EASY ENTERPRISE Server. The WINCOLD client requires no separate EASY installation, because communication is controlled via TCP/IP.
